What’s the difference between a Solution and a Pathway?

A solution is a collection of pathways designed to address a common use case or challenge within your organization. Examples include onboarding new employees and upskilling leaders.

A 10KC Pathway is a pre-built customizable template designed for a specific scenario or talent group within a solution. For instance, within the Leadership Development solution, you can deploy pathways tailored for emerging leaders and senior executives. Each pathway is a carefully crafted blend of social learning experiences (mentoring, networking, and group learning) that best suit the needs of that particular group or talent priority. 

In essence, you can create multiple pathways within a single solution, allowing for highly targeted and personalized learning experiences.

Can I start with a single program or smaller group of users?

Of course. Our Starter package gives you the chance to build, deploy and see the value social learning can deliver to your organization before you roll it out more widely. We’ll work with you to understand your goals and figure out the highest impact areas to get started.

Where are conversations hosted?
