On Thursday June 9th, Clodagh Scannell Talent Solutions Leader moderated an engaging session; ‘Driving Intern and Early Career Development With Scalable and Measurable Programs’ at NACE22 to an audience of Early Talent program managers and leaders.
Clodagh was joined by 10KC client’s Vicky Ng, Head of Early Careers, adidas and Katie Bishop, North American Intern and Co-op Program Manager, IBM. The panelists discussed the current challenges that Early Talent professionals are currently working through, and the opportunity to leverage the 10KC technology to help automate, scale and measure their new grad & campus programs.
