In 2014, 10KC was founded to democratize opportunity in the workplace.
10KC was born from conversations with CEOs and Fortune 500 leaders who recognized the power of peer connections in driving talent development but saw how these interactions were often left to chance and lacked measurable impact.
Driven by a mission to democratize opportunity, our co-founders, Dave Wilkin and Elliott Garcea, set out to change this. They envisioned a platform that would empower every employee with equitable access to the best talent development experiences.
What began as a tool to make unbiased connections between employees later evolved into the leading platform for inclusive mentoring and networking.
Today, under the leadership of CEO Rose Bentley, 10KC is poised for continued growth and innovation in the mentoring space.
